All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. TRS UK is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to sender due to an address error, this may result in delays and additional charges.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock and placed on back-order.
If an item in your order is on back-order, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock and dispatch timeframe where possible.
Back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we may:
ship the available items separately, or
hold the order and ship all items together once complete, at our discretion.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout do not apply to back-ordered items.
If you do not wish to wait for a back-ordered item, you may request:
a refund for the back-ordered item, or
cancellation of the affected part of your order prior to dispatch.
TRS UK is not liable for delays caused by supplier or manufacturer stock availability.
TRS UK is not responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees, or carrier charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, and carrier disbursement fees).
Where applicable, the courier or local customs authority will contact the recipient directly to arrange payment of any import charges prior to delivery.
If the recipient refuses or fails to pay any required customs charges, the shipment may be held, returned, or disposed of by the carrier in accordance with their procedures. Any costs incurred as a result, including customs charges, carrier advances, storage fees, return shipping costs, or administrative fees, remain the responsibility of the customer.
If a carrier advances customs charges on behalf of a shipment and bills TRS UK, the customer authorises TRS UK to recover these costs, and agrees to reimburse the full amount within 14 days of invoicing.
Tracking numbers are sent via email once an order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and respond promptly to any courier or customs requests.
Occasionally, the courier may attempt delivery without leaving a card, or may require collection from a local depot or post office. This is outside of our control once the order has been dispatched.
Failure to respond to courier or customs requests may result in delays, additional charges, or return of the shipment, for which TRS UK cannot be held responsible.
TRS UK is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the courier during transit. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues in line with courier and manufacturer procedures.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item still sealed, showing the damage or leakage. These details are required in order to submit a claim and may be forwarded to the manufacturer (Coseva) where applicable.
If a parcel arrives with visible external damage, or you believe the contents may be damaged:
please refuse delivery, and
do not sign for or accept the parcel.
If a parcel arrives opened or empty, it must be refused at delivery.
For parcels shipped via Royal Mail, lost items are handled in accordance with Royal Mail’s claims process. A claim will be submitted and reviewed by Royal Mail, and a decision is typically made within 30 days.

Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged goods until the claim has been resolved.
Unfortunately, replacement items cannot be sent until the courier claim process has been completed.

Before returning any item, you must contact us for return authorisation and to obtain the correct return address. Returns received without prior authorisation may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping. Items returned without tracking and insurance are sent at the customer’s risk and may not be eligible for a refund if lost in transit. We strongly recommend insuring returns for the full purchase value.
Approved returns must be received by us within 10 working days of authorisation.

If you do not receive a response within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday), please resend your message. Our offices are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where possible, once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
If a refund is requested via international bank transfer, a £25 bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
