Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please check the delivery address is correct on your order confirmation. TRS UK is not responsible for incorrect addresses and it may take some time for it to be returned to sender, causing delays in you receiving your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please note ‘Signed for’ is not tracked and the status will only update online once a delivery has been attempted.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
TRS UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tracking numbers are sent via email and it is the customers responsibility to check the status of their order. Occasionally the courier may need to be contacted if a delivery has been attempted and no card has been left.
Damaged, Leaking or Lost
www.trs-uk.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please send photos of the product still sealed with the damage/amount of liquid showing. These claims will be forwarded to Coseva.
If your parcels arrives with damaged packaging and you believe the product may be damaged, please refuse delivery. If the parcel is opened/empty, please refuse delivery and do not sign or accept.
For lost parcels, we will follow the Royal Mail policy, a claim will be filed and reviewed by Royal Mail and a decision made within 30 days. Please see Royal Mails information here https://business.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/648
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Unfortunately we cannot send out replacement product until the claim has been resolved.
You must contact us before returning an item in order to send it back to the correct address. Returns received by us without prior authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping (Items returned via services without tracking and insurance could result in your loss of the item and no refund.) Shipping insurance for the purchase price is therefore highly recommended. We must receive your return within 10 working days of the return being issued. If you do not get a response to your e-mail on weekdays within 24 hours, it is safe to assume the contact was not received, and you should contact us again. Our offices are closed on weekends and major holidays.
A refund will be issued via the original payment form when possible upon merchandise receipt and inspection by us.
To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us asap. If a refund is requested by international bank transfer, please note there will be a £25 bank fee taken from the refund balance.
